Curious about Pilates Flow but not sure where to start? This free community class is the perfect introduction! Designed for new students, this workshop-style session breaks down the essential elements of Pilates Flow, offering a welcoming and accessible experience for all levels.
Pilates Flow, created by Krista Lennartz, reimagines the classical Pilates repertoire by weaving exercises into seamless, dynamic sequences. In this introductory class, you’ll explore the fundamental movement patterns that define Pilates Flow, learning how to transition smoothly from one exercise to the next while building confidence, strength, and coordination.
Unlike the regular Level 3 class, which challenges seasoned practitioners with complex sequencing, this workshop focuses on the foundations. You'll move through modified sequences at a comfortable pace, with plenty of guidance and time to explore key concepts like flow, connection, and breath.

This workshop aims to introduce students the fundamentals of the Core Align choreography, translated to the mat. We will explore bridging, the hoof, the diagonal lunge, and statue on wheels, which will evolve into a plank! The class will start on the mat and then we will head over to the core align studio to play on the machines! (yes, this is all just a sneaky ploy to share our love of these machines with more people!)
