We are more than a yoga and Pilates studio. We are a community rooted in education, agency, and practice as a form of social change. With over 100 classes each week, we offer mat classes (25 spots), small-group equipment classes (6 spots), and private or semi-private sessions to support every mindful movers journey.
As one of the first studios to offer full-time salaries to yoga and Pilates educators, we’re redefining the relationship between students, teachers, and modern mindful movement spaces.

Meghan Maris, M.A. in Yogic Studies // Director of Yoga Education // Meghan guides students into deeper practice and teaching through a social and ethical lens, ensuring that practicing and teaching remains grounded, inclusive, and transformative.
Krista Lennartz, M.A. in Pedagogy & Motor Control // Director of Pilates Education and Owner of The Practice Space // Krista brings a unique focus on personal agency in movement, helping students gain a deeper understanding of their own bodies while introducing future teachers to the science and art of pedagogy in mindful movement.
