Pilates Flow, created by Krista Lennartz, reimagines the classical Pilates repertoire by weaving exercises into seamless, dynamic sequences. In this introductory class, you’ll explore the fundamental movement patterns that define Pilates Flow, learning how to transition smoothly from one exercise to the next while building confidence, strength, and coordination.
Unlike the regular Level 3 class, which challenges seasoned practitioners with complex sequencing, this workshop focuses on the foundations. You'll move through modified sequences at a comfortable pace, with plenty of guidance and time to explore key concepts like flow, connection, and breath.
