What to expect at The Practice Space’s Woodstock Yoga
Located at 52nd Avenue and Woodstock Boulevard, our Woodstock studio is an intimate, single-room space dedicated to yoga practice, deeper study, and community connection. Sunday through Thursday, the studio offers a consistent schedule of weekly yoga classes led by some of Portland’s most educated and passionate teachers. This studio space will also be home to our Yoga Teacher Training with Meghan Maris, offering students an opportunity for immersive study, mentorship, and a deeper relationship with the physical, philosophical, and contemplative traditions of yoga.
What makes this space especially unique is what happens beyond the weekly schedule. We are intentionally preserving Fridays and Saturdays for continuing education, specialty workshops, visiting educators, longer-form practices, and community gatherings. Designed as an annex to The Practice Space on Belmont street, the Woodstock studio gives our community something increasingly rare: dedicated time and space to gather, learn, ask questions, and explore the traditions of yoga beyond the boundaries of a weekly class.

Woodstock Class Schedule
The Woodstock location is a unique and beautiful neighborhood studio dedicated to the study and practice of yoga traditions. The weekly class schedule runs Sunday through Thursdays with rotating offerings every Friday and Saturday.
