Yin Toolkit 2026 - A Journey Through the Five Elements & Five Archetypes of the Soul
April 12th, July 12th, August 30th, October 25th and January 10th (2027)
3 - 5:30p
Nature does not move in straight lines. It moves in cycles.
In nature, growth emerges from stillness - activity follows rest - expansion gives way to integration and ultimately to release and dissolution. Each year, we too move through a seasonal cycle of transformation. Spring awakens feelings of courage and action; summer opens our hearts to joy and connection; late summer nourishes a sense of stability; autumn requires release and acceptance of impermanence and winter draws us inward for restoration and reflection.
When we align with the wisdom of nature’s cycles, something profound happens
we stop forcing life and begin moving with it.
The Yin Seasonal Toolkit Series invites you to consciously experience the year as a living journey of renewal, growth, connection, and transformation aligning with the rhythms of the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. In a world that constantly pushes us toward productivity and acceleration, the Five Elements offer another way of living that honors timing, balance, and natural rhythms.
The Seasonal Arc of the Year
In this year’s series, we will explore the deeper essence of each element through a powerful archetypal lens. Together we journey through the year as:
The Spiritual Warrior of Wood→ The Universal Lover of Fire → The Bountiful Mother of Earth → The Ancestor Sage of Metal → The Divine Mystic of Water
We will travel through a profound inner journey exploring how the Spiritual Warrior stands up for truth, the Lover connects and brings others together, the Mother nourishes and protects all life, the Sage surrenders and discovers what really matters and the Mystic listens deeply and dissolves into oneness.
Why: By aligning with nature’s cycles, participants can find greater balance, ease, and relaxation, making this an invaluable experience for the winter season.
How: These workshops integrate techniques from both Yogic and Chinese Medicine traditions to create a comprehensive and healing experience.
