Memberships are auto-billed every 28 days, however, there is no long-term commitment required. Your only commitment is to yourself.
Please note that unless you request a cancellation in writing, your monthly autopay membership will continue to charge on a month-to-month basis.

Memberships are automatically debited every 28 days. This autopayment will occur every four weeks from the contract start date and is non-refundable.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To support your dedicated practice, you may request an extension of 1 month for unused credits. After this extension expires, the unused credits will become inactive and can no longer be used. To request an extension, please email us at hello@thepracticespace.com

Members can suspend their memberships twice per year in weekly increments, for a total of up to 2 months.
Should your membership be suspended, please note that you will be unable to attend or book classes through MBO during this period. We look forward to welcoming you back once the suspension is lifted.
Suspensions longer than 2 months will be treated as a membership cancellation. Please request suspensions at least 10 days in advance by emailing hello@thepracticespace.com. A suspension will delay the expiration of an annual membership or the billing of a monthly auto-renew membership by the length of the suspension.
If you are only gone for one week, consider collecting an extension on that credit and take additional classes when you get back.

Coming more often than you thought? Or maybe you're having a tough time making it to all your classes?
When you upgrade or downgrade your membership, the current membership rates apply. Adjustments to membership levels cannot be made retroactively. Paid-in-full memberships cannot be upgraded or downgraded. Please request upgrades or downgrades at least 10 days prior to billing by emailing us at hello@thepracticespace.com

Please submit contract cancellation requests at least 10 business days before the next billing cycle. If you cancel less than 10 days before your next billing cycle, you will be charged for that cycle, and your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle. Send your cancellation request via email to hello@thepracticespace.com. Any unused make-up classes or private sessions will remain active for 1 month after the cancellation is effective. After that month all unused classes or sessions will expire.

Late cancellation fees are the only charges that may be automatically applied to autopay members. If you are an unlimited equipment member (or private member with unlimited equipment classes add-on) you will be charged an automatic late cancellation fee of 50% of the current single equipment class rate if you no-show or cancel within the 8 hour cancellation window.
Per-week credit members will lose the credit used to secure your spot in class or in a private session if you no-show or cancel within the cancellation window (8 hour for equipment, 24 hour for privates/semi-privates/workshops) but no other fee will be charged.

Our small business will raise rates to be sustainable during economic changes. Given that our tagline highlights a dedicated practice, we reward our ACTIVE MEMBERS by keeping their rate fixed throughout their entire membership. If members are able and willing to increase their monthly rate in support of the community... we are deeply grateful. If a member cancels their membership their old rate will no longer be available.
