Sunrise Summer Solstice Sādhanā
The Sunrise Summer Solstice workshop will honor the longest day of the year and embrace the beauty of light, truth, and courage. This experience will begin with twelve sun salutations, a moving ritual to honor the sun, followed by a grounding and vitalizing Haṭha practice including postures, breath practices, and meditation to cultivate spacious awareness for deeper insights. Through this shared ritual, you’ll find a deep sense of interconnectedness with nature’s rhythms and a renewed appreciation for the balance of opposition.
This workshop is ideal for those who cherish ritual and seasonal shifts and wish to celebrate in community. This practice is an opportunity to reflect, ground, and set personal intentions for the summer season ahead. Please bring a journal and pen.
