Summer Solstice Sādhanā
Join us (in-person or virtually) for a special 2-hour Summer Solstice workshop to honor the longest day of the year and embrace the beauty of light, truth, and courage. This experience will begin with twelve sun salutations, a moving ritual to honor the sun, followed by a soothing Yin practice to open to spacious awareness for deeper insights. Through this shared ritual, you’ll find a deep sense of interconnectedness with nature’s rhythms and a renewed appreciation for the balance of opposition.
