Rachel
Rachel is a holistic health and wellness coach and Classical Pilates instructor. After benefiting so much from the functional movement patterns she learned in Pilates, she became devoted to it as a rehabilitative practice, and has dedicated herself to helping others heal through movement.
Rachel specializes in counseling for celiac disease and in nutritional supplement education. She is also an interdisciplinary artist and loves to make and enjoy art in all of its forms. She is a a software engineer, cyclist, backpacker, and kayaker, a lifelong learner, and probably gets a little too excited about music.
