Always Wanted to Try Reformer Pilates? This Class is for You! (And It’s FREE!)

If you've been curious about Reformer Pilates but weren’t sure where to start—this is your moment! Our FREE Intro to Reformer class is designed specifically for those who’ve never stepped onto a reformer but have always wanted to.

We’ll start in the mat room, where we'll go over some basics of alignment and choreography, then we'll move into the reformer room to get hands-on experience with the machine. You’ll get a feel for how spring tension works and try out some of the foundational exercises including:

  • Footwork for hip dissociation

  • Supported roll-backs & teasers for core engagement

  • Side lying leg for that sweet, sweet, booty burn

  • And everyone's favorite: feel-good leg circles!

This class is educational, welcoming, and paced just right for first-timers. With 12 spots available and only 6 reformers, we’ll be taking turns on the machines—perfect excuse to sign up with a buddy and share the fun!

*Please note: This class is for total newbies! If you're already a Reformer regular just looking for a freebie, we'd love for you to leave these spots open for those trying it for the first time.
