What happens in a Private Session?
Private Yoga sessions offer a personalized experience that supports your whole being, body, breath, and mind.
Each session begins with a conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and daily needs, whether you're seeking stress relief, recovering from injury, building strength, or refining your mindfulness practice.
From there, your educator will design a session tailored to you, weaving together pranayama (breath practices), asana (the physical postures of yoga), meditation, and opportunities for reflection. Together, you’ll work to improve alignment, build resilience, and deepen your embodied awareness.
Every private session is a collaborative process, honoring where you are today while offering a clear path toward your growth, healing, and inner connection.
