Winter Solstice Sadhana Celebration
Led by Meghan Maris and Anne Witmer
Join us for a special 2-hour Winter Solstice workshop to honor the longest night of the year and embrace the beauty of darkness as we await the return of the light. This experience will begin with thirty-six sun salutations, a moving ritual to honor the sun, followed by a soothing Yin practice designed to help you internalize warmth, set intentions, and release old patterns that no longer serve you. Through this shared ritual, you’ll find a deep sense of interconnectedness with nature’s rhythms and a renewed appreciation for both the light and dark within.
This workshop is ideal for those who cherish ritual and seasonal shifts and wish to celebrate in community. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this is an opportunity to reflect, ground, and set personal intentions for the season ahead. Please wear comfortable yoga attire and bring any small item you’d like to add to the altar as part of our collective space. This beloved event tends to sell out, so we encourage early registration. We would be honored to share this special practice with you.
