SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE 2025
PRACTICE WITH PURPOSE
REGISTRATION IS OPEN
Your Practice Can Open Doors for Others
This September, we invite you to move for something bigger.
While the world around us is filled with tension and heartbreak, we each have a role to play in shaping a more compassionate future. Outside these studio walls, that means advocacy and action. Inside these walls, it means using what we know and love, movement and fun fall challenges, to make a tangible impact close to home.
Yoga and Pilates are two of the most widely recommended practices for supporting mental, emotional, and physical health. But for many, access to these healing tools remains out of reach. This September, let’s change that together. Let’s open the doors of our small space a little wider. Because this practice should be for everyone.
T-SHIRTS AND TANKTOPS
All participants receive a Practice With Purpose shirt upon registration. Choose your size and color: navy with white lettering or white with brown lettering.
What do I win?
When you register for the challenge, you will receive our Practice With Purpose shirt; your choice of a tank or tee in navy with white text and a gold star, or white with brown text and a gold star. Wear it to remind yourself (and others) that practice is not just personal, it is powerful, and it can be a gift to those nearby who simply need a moment of space and time.
To register, purchase your “Practice With Purpose” shirt for $30. This fee covers your shirt and helps support the administrative work needed to track your attendance and distribute rewards. Here's what you'll receive at each participation milestone:
-
$15 credit added to your account
A $15 studio-funded donation made in your name to the Practice With Purpose Pool, along with a certificate of appreciation recognizing your contribution through attendance.

Pay-It-Forward Movement Access Fund
Whether or not you join the challenge, you can contribute directly to the Pay-It-Forward Fund a community-supported initiative that covers mat classes, memberships, or private sessions for those in need of more specific care.
This is more than self-care. This is community care. Movement, breathwork, and mindfulness are powerful tools for well-being. Let's share them generously.
GOAL: $60,000
Studio Goal: Raise $60,000 for the Movement Access Fund
This year’s challenge is about impact. We aim to raise $60,000 to fund an ongoing Movement Access Program that reserves 10% of our total mat class capacity, for students with financial or systemic barriers to access. These free spaces will be made available through a trust-based submission process, where students can request a class credit.
You might wonder, is $60,000 a lot? Yes — but in today’s world, it actually only covers one month of our operating costs. We run lean, but we offer a lot through our skilled, professional teachers, and we want to keep doing that. Here’s the powerful truth: if every person on our donation list gave just $5, we’d reach our goal with ease. And even if we raise just $6,000, we’ll still open up 1% of our class capacity to students in need. Every dollar makes a difference. Every contribution counts.
We also believe you don’t have to be a nonprofit to be a good ethical business. At The Practice Space, we’ve always reinvested into our teachers, our space, and our students, and we always will. This year, we are inviting you into that commitment.
