Join Anne Witmer on November 2, 2025, for a transformative 3-hour workshop to discover strategies for how to adapt to and harmonize with nature’s “metal” energy in order to thrive physically, emotionally and spiritually throughout autumn. This session will incorporate yin yoga, qigong, acupressure, and guided meditation.

Elizabeth will begin this workshop with self massage and stretch work to release our deep breathing muscles. This will be followed by a half an hour of pyschedelic breathwork, (don't worry, we won't be ingesting anything psychedelic) which is designed to gently bring you into an altered states of consciousness using only the breath. This practice is known for emotional release, unblocking physical tension, and increasing self love, acceptance, and connection. After the breathing, you will be guided through a short meditation, and then there will be some time for sharing if desired.
