We are more than a yoga and Pilates studio; we are a community dedicated to education, agency, and practice as a form of social change. Offering over 100 classes per week, we provide mat classes (up to 30 people), small group equipment sessions (6 people), and private training to support every mover’s journey.

As the first studio to pay full-time salaries to yoga and Pilates educators, we are redefining the relationship between students, teachers, and modern mindful movement. Our six core values—clarity, recognition, education, friendship, resilience, and bravery—guide everything we do.

We believe in daily practice as a commitment to self and community. While we honor and uphold the traditions of yoga and Pilates, we also empower students and teachers to find agency in their movement and embrace a formal, undiluted approach to learning.

  • Meghan Maris, M.A. in Yogic Studies – Guides students into deeper practice and teaching through a social and ethical lens, ensuring that teaching remains grounded, inclusive, and transformative.

  • Krista Lennartz, M.A. in Pedagogy & Motor Control – Brings a unique focus on personal agency in movement, helping students gain a deeper understanding of their own bodies while introducing future teachers to the science and art of pedagogy in mindful movement.

Together, they elevate teacher training beyond the traditional model, ensuring that whether you are here to deepen your practice or step into the role of teacher, you gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive.
