Continuing the study of our internal wisdom and agency, The Practice Space is running its first ever February Challenge. Connection to the breath is the most impactful part of our mindful movement practice, determining both effectiveness and sustainability. This challenge is personal and self measured. We hope that it supports students in recognizing that the dedicated practice is already inside of you. Without fail and without effort, our body persists with its rhythmic dedication... breathing in... breathing out.
Community Practice - FEBRUARY CHALLENGE
Enroll online: $25 dollar submission fee covers all 4 Friday workshops hosted by Krista Loveless Lennartz and Meghan Maris and includes an online breathing guide.
Rules to win!
Attend all 4 Friday evening (7:30p-8:30p) February Challenge participant breathing workshops and discussions.
Practice daily! This breath practice is 50/50, meaning 50% in studio and 50% at home. By the end of February, keeping track with a daily log to submit at the end of the month, you must have attended 14 classes in studio and 14 home practices.
The Prize! All students who complete this daily breath practice and attend all 4 Friday workshops will receive a $125 dollar account credit. This is the value of one month of the unlimited mat class membership! Can be used towards memberships, retail, and more!
