Cycling, like any repetitive action has the ability to create areas of tightness, immobility and sometimes pain. In this mat workshop we will go over pre and post-cycling exercises that you can do at home with just a theraband to help create more balance in the body and alleviate strain in two areas of the body I hear cyclists complain about the most... the neck and hip flexors.
In this workshop, students will learn a series of both pre and post ride exercises they can do from home, with just a theraband to better prep and recover from their rides.
