Kimi teaches yoga with the mind frame that you can only begin from where you are and work to help others find clarity in their mind, body and spirit. She loves yoga therapy because it is a system of health care that applies yoga techniques and practices to empower individuals to improve their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. By incorporating breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga postures, Kimi uses yoga therapy to address your specific problem areas.

Kimi’s favorite thing about The Practice Space (since joining in 2023)?
All the fun balls, straps, and props. Because The Practice Space is both yoga and Pilates, I have been able to develop the Functional Flow class which will strengthen and stretch your yoga practice!
Kimi’s favorite class to teach?
Yoga as therapy for private clients. It isn’t a class but it is by far my favorite because I can be more specific and customized for my clients individual needs.
